Topographic mapping and existing conditions
Orthomosaic imagery and a photogrammetric surface tied to ground control set by your licensed surveyor. Delivered as a surface, point data and imagery that drop straight into AutoCAD Civil 3D software, with the processing report so your engineer can see how the numbers were made.
Construction progress documentation
Scheduled flights on the same flight lines every visit, so each dated orthomosaic lines up with the last one. Useful for pay application backup, owner reporting, and settling what was on the ground on a given date.
Earthwork and stockpile quantities
Cut, fill and stockpile volumes computed from flown surfaces and compared against your design surface. Reported with the method, the control used and the surface files, never as a bare number.
Erosion control and inspection imagery
Dated aerial imagery for stormwater inspection records, pre-storm and post-storm documentation, and a plan-view record of BMP condition across the whole site in one flight.
Condition and structure imagery
Roof, facade, embankment and outfall imagery for condition documentation. Imagery supports the assessment made by your engineer or inspector; it does not replace it.
Development and listing imagery
Stills and video for developers, builders and land listings. Site context, phase progress and before-and-after sets for marketing and investor updates.

Ground control is set or confirmed by your surveyor. Flights near Myrtle Beach International or Grand Strand airports are flown under LAANC authorization in controlled airspace.

Questions we get
Is a drone survey the same as a boundary survey?
No. A drone survey produces imagery and a surface of existing conditions. Boundaries, easements and anything that carries a seal come from your licensed land surveyor. We coordinate with that surveyor for ground control so the two fit together.
What accuracy can I expect?
Accuracy depends on ground control, flight height, overlap and the site itself. Every deliverable includes the control check so you can see the residuals rather than take a claim on faith. If your project needs a stated accuracy, say so at scoping and the control plan is built to it.
Can you fly in Myrtle Beach city limits?
Yes. Much of the city sits inside controlled airspace around Myrtle Beach International Airport, and North Myrtle Beach sits near Grand Strand Airport. Those flights are flown under LAANC authorization, which is arranged before the flight date.
What files do I receive?
Typically a surface file and point data for AutoCAD Civil 3D software, a georeferenced orthomosaic, the processing report with control residuals, and the raw imagery. Other formats on request.
Do you work for homeowners?
Mostly for firms, contractors and developers. For a single residential lot the right first call is usually your surveyor or builder, and we work with them.
